broccoli
all bran cereals(fiber is a must have for weight loss and they make many great tasting cereals)
light soymilk(50 calories)
low fat cheeses
light and fit yougurst by dannon or breyers light yougurt with 80 calories
spinach
leafy green salad
special K high protein cereal
special k protein water(helps stop cravings)
whole grain breads and pasta
apples
egg whites (scramble with cheese and veggies in the morning along with a slice of whole grain toast for a great breakfast)
water
green tea
walnuts
lean meats like chicken, fish, or turkey baked or grilled and NEVER fried
boca burgers(the vegan ones are a wonderful source of protein and fiber)
