like porridge or wholemeal toast, with fruit
lunch= low fat salad avoid high fat cheeses
Forevening meal= have steamed/roasted veg/stir fry with fish/chicken/quorne or any other low fat low carb protien
plus 1hours exercising, if you don't have equpiment try trying getting a good support bra and a skipping rope and also step up and down really fast on the bottom step or your stairs

1. wear a girdle
2. tell the photographer to let you know which angle will capture your best side. ( u know, camera doesn't have to add 10 pounds if u know how to make it work for you)
