the doc will only prescribe if you are either obese or overweight and have a medical problem. all the tablets have side effects.,im on reductil with side effects of crushing headache burning tongue constipation . in 2 weeks ive lost
4 and 1/2 lbs not much better than i was doing on dieting on its own . So excersize, portion control, count calories and dont give in but dont feel guilty.

My mom is currently taking Alli (which is FDA approved), and she's already lost 2 sizes in the past month. You just have to watch out how much fat you consume w/ each portion, since the drug works by blocking 25% of the fat you consume at each meal from being absorbed into your system (so it is quickly passed through and excreted).
The only diet supplement I've been taking since the ephedra scare a few years ago is One A Day Weight Loss... basically a multivitamin w/ some energy and metabolism boosters. I do notice I feel better and have more energy on the days that I remember to take it. Overall, though, your best bet for reaching your weight loss goals and staying in shape (weight maintenance is always the biggest challenge) is eating healthy, learning portion control, and lots of exercise!

I don't need a doctor...........work is very slow in the construction here,so we are not eating as well as we use to..I have lost fifteen pounds in two weeks.
