I've been trying to control my eating habits, like eating smaller portions and avoiding junk food. And I've been doing exercise like dancing to some music or jogging in place. But I want more. Got any tips?

2007-07-30 12:59:39Never eat a meal ravishinly hungry... if you are that hungry grab a hand full of nuts and a big glass of water and waite about 15 minute before you eat...
Also... water water water.. drink alot of water...
for me it was always about not stuffing my face really fast... so put the fork down between bites...
Cut your food into smaller pieces...
Here is one that worked wonders...
Some of us have been trained to clean our plates... eat everything on your plate... instead of eat until you are satisfied and then stop... not until you are full... so ... for a week or 2 never finish your meal.. always leave a few pieces... or a few spoonfulls left over... and throw it away... don't keep it for later...
Condition yourself that it is ok to stop eating when you are done...
