    I want more toned legs
    I want less fat around inner or outer thighs
    My legs aren't fat cause im a size 4 or 6 lepending on stores.
    How 2 maintain a 4 or 6 pack??

    if you can limit your eating withing 7am - 6pm..dont snack after 7...you will cut your caloric intake down..by at least 30 percent limiting your eating hours...and eat normally. I did this and I dropped 30 lbs ..effortlessly..and its stayed off..I have to gear up and start up again...add your exercise routine in and i think you'll see results doing it this way. Dont forget the water.
