2008-01-03 09:40:56I am 150 pounds now and I am overweight. I am short only 5Ɖ. I am sick of being huge. My New Years resolution was to lose weight and keep it off for life. I want to eat healthy/ exercise forever. I think I am suppose to be around 115-120 pounds. I have a really small frame. I am going on vacation at the end of March and really want to be able to wear a bathing suit. Could I lose 20 pounds in 3 months? I need help to stay motivated. If anyone wants a serious weight loss buddy you can email me.

2008-01-03 10:03:02i really don't know.... i am 158 and 5Ƌ" . i used to be 176 lbs! i lost weight by not eating. but that's not healthy. i exercise, and stuff and i eat pretty healthy. but i'm not losing any weight... i'm just staying the same. i know a lot about eating right and i have memorized like every single nutrition label on earth! i think i need a weight loss buddy! i'm also going on vacation in march so i think we need each other to keep us motivated! lol. i'll email u.

I decided this year to not "diet" but to dramatically increase my gym visits and walking/jogging on a regular basis (5 days a week), plus try to prepare lots of home cooked meals with lean meat and lots of fruit and vegetables. And, make myself drink lots of water (not tea and pop and coffee).
you and I could easily lose 18-20 pounds in 3 months.

2008-01-03 09:46:42Will power! Do you want to be fat? If you really want to be different than everyone else that is fat then you will stop eating. There is no secret to weight loss!!! Just stop friggin eating and quit selling yourself short. Join a gym and start working out will make the weight fall off. Go to the gym hungry. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO BE HUNGRY. Attack it head on. Drink coffee with no cream or sugar to supress your hunger. Be strong!!!!!!! Will power! You can easily lose 20 lbs in 3 months!!! Easily by not eating or fasting!
