    The best tip I can give you is don't do it. The best (healthiest) way to lose weight is to make lifestyle changes, not just go on a crash diet. Try upping your exercise routine by simply walking a few more steps everywhere you go (park further away, get off a bus stop early, take the long way to your next class). You'll burn a few more calories this way which will help with slow, steady weight loss.

    you should try the 3 day diet. It really works! Just dont over eat after it because you could gain i t back if you eat way too much after the 3 days, i have learned.But if you stick to it you will lose weight fast.

    Eat healthier, exercise, but don't over-exercise or starve yourself. Stay away from fad diets (e.g. Slim Fast, weight loss pills, starvation diet, etc.) They usually aren't the healthiest of things. Also, don't try to loose weight to quickly, go for gradual steps.

    If you lose weight quickly with a fad diet, the really primitive part of your brain -that controls everything you don't need to think about, like your heartbeat - will think you are actually starving and cause you to become lazy, conserving your energy in order to keep you alive as long as possible ( it is thinking that if you just survive long enough, you may be able to find good food again) . When you are "thin" enough and start to eat normally again: bang! your body will really fatten you up in case this starvation happens again.. If you really want to lose weight without this happening, you MUST lose weight by eating JUST A LITTLE less than normal and exercising a lot more, over a long period of time. The natural way of the human animal in prehistory was to walk a lot and not to overeat. The modern way is to overeat and walk (meaning to exercise) little: which leads to obesity. It is only logical, no?
