2006-04-19 20:03:15I recently lost 40 lbs. I used to feel compelled to finish what I had on my plate. Especially if it tasted good! But STOP when you're satisfied, not when you're full. Exercise, even if it means parking farther away at the grocery store, or using stairs instead of elevators. Don't give up & binge on sweets and fatty foods. Snack on pretzel sticks,which are fat free, raw veggies, or chew gum.
