    Do halv-sies. Do half of everything you eat. One of my doctors was overweight and he didn't like being on a diet. He ate whatever he wanted, but only ate half portions. He lost a ton of weight doing that. When he got hungry, he would drink water, tea with no sugar, eat a piece of fruit. Chew every bite real well, concentrate on your chewing. It will keep you from devouring your food and you will get full faster. Taste slowly what you are eating. The brain likes that.

    Keep on doing what you are doing. Before you know it, you'll have cancer and chemo and radiation are great ways to lose weight.

    Exercise more. But its close to impossible to lose weight if you keep eating junk food.

    Nothing. If you seriously want to lose weight, you gotta do it the old fashion way: Eat healthy and exercise! Nothing else works long term. You can try the quick fixes but you will just gain it back and perhaps more. I'm pretty sure you dont want to do that!
    Just make your health food more colourful (I'm Canadian, that's how I spell colour, with a U, anyway...). Also, try different foods from other cultures like Mexican, Indian, etc. Add healthy variety. Remember, spices don't affect the weight, so get generous there for more flavour (another Canadian spelling! I can't help it!) Or you can go to a weight loss centre (I know, my spelling again. I loving being Canadian. We like being different, EH! LOL)
    Have fun but remember there is not real shortcut to this. You have to break sweat and sacrifice some foods....or eat them very moderately!

    excercise lots, and dont eat at all if you cant begin to eat a little healthier!
    When you say you dont like to eat healthy do you mean you dont eat ANYTHING healthy? Perhaps you could order a side salad instead of fries when getting take out, or you could trade your fizzy drink for water.
    Try not to drink too much juice, it has lots of sugar.
    Get into a habit of always having a bottle of water next to you, or you could have water with a green tea bag in it, green tea helps with digestive issues, and is good at cleansing the inside of your body.
    The water will also keep away any hunger pangs you might have.
    Dont eat after 6pm or 7pm. Get into this habit!!! Dont worry after a couple of days you will be able to sleep ok.
    Try to restrict your unhealthy eating habits... alter your bad foods slightly by selecting something with less calories. For example if you usually have a cheese burger, just get a usual burger, or you could get a kebab with lots of meat inside, and healthy stuff too.
    If you are a fanatic for icecream, change it for frozen yoghurt.
    Dont avoid anything, just eat it in smaller quantities.

    Exercise four times a day for one hour, instead of twice a week for 30-45 minutes. Decrease your intake of indulges, for example, 25 chips can be replaced with 10 chips. Drink plenty of water, no soft drinks ( unsweet tea can be a sub). Minimize sugar intake, drink lots of fluids and you can see a difference in a matter of a couple of days. Be positive and motivate your own self to get there. Do not let others opinions bring you down. Remember good eating is important for our health. I too, find myself indulging every now and then on the wrong foods, but I get back on track and drink water like a thirsty camel. Eat less sugars and exercise, buddy! Good luck.

    Sorry--eating healthy is something that you should try to do. Now, that doesn't mean you can indulge, but you need to try and not indulge too much.
    Otherwise, increase your exercise and drink lots of water.
    Stay away from useless foods like soda that are all sugar with little benefits.
    Get a lot of sleep--studies have shown that you produce different chemicals in your body based on sleep and getting less sleep will actually make you hungrier.
