When you see people that have lost alot of weight, somtimes they are left with excess flabby, loose skin. I was wondering , do you tink the rate in which they droped the weight had anything to do with it? If someone lost 100 pounds in 4 years @ 25 pounds a year, versus someone that lost 100 pounds in one year?

I think it does have a lot to do with the rate it is lost. the skin doesn't have time to "shrink" up if weight is lost quickly. you see this a lot with people that have gastric bypass and loose weight real fast.

It also depends on age. The older you are the less elastic you skin will be.

yes too fast is no good, also diet and genetics has something to do with it... just like some women get stretch marks and some dont
