2011-09-09 14:29:53 +0000Ok so my weight was initially 52kg , im only 5 ft 1 I use to work out for an hour a day , however i got so busy didnt have time for that anymore, a month ago i just really reduced my food to 600 - 700 or 800 calories a day I got down to 48 kg, but now if i eat just a little more than this next morning on da scales I get an extra 1 to 1.5 kg!!!
its so frustrating because Im scared to eat normally and regain all da weight, Im really scared, besides I really dont know how to eat more anymore, if i need to eat more than this I feel like im full or bloated.....which is weird considering im till having less than 1000 calories a day...
Please help me get out of starvation mode without gaining any weight back on??....and perhaps explain da extra weigh fluctuations I get when i eat a little bit more than da 700 calorie thing??
Also Id like to make a note Im really short im between 5 ft and 5,1 only,,,,,so plz dont tell me to eat 1500 calories a day because that doesnt work...and when I use to eat that much I gained 10 kg over 2 months, which is not healthy at all....
I know this from experience, I cant even have that much food even if i tried
also Id like to lose more weight, since im short it just shows automatically and id like to have a slim figure, 2 -3 kg is all I need....but I need to sort out da starvation mode problem first

2011-09-09 14:42:40 +0000Try changing your diet. Those noodles have so much salt that they will cause you to retain a lot of water which could account for the weight gain. Eat veggies, fruit, tuna and stay away from salt and carbs. Also drink low calorie drinks such as water, diet coke, coffee with stevia, etc.Get at least four days of cardio and do toning or weights the other three days.Hope this helps:)

2011-09-09 14:59:31 +0000First thing you are eating processed food full of salt and saturated fat and basically you should just go buy a tub of goose fat and chow down, it would be healthier for you than 2min blerg nasty heart attack in a packet noodles.
Second is weight naturally fluctuates on a daily basis, throw them scales away. If your normal clothes don't fit, then their is an issue, if they do then their is not a problem. You say you get bloated, well duh when you eat that rubbish what do you expect? Replace the 10% cardboard 90% fat noodles with - dramatic drum roll - Healthy balanced nutritious food - and all your problems will disappear like magic! Here is one rule of food to live by, if you microwave it, it comes already made - then its a heart attack in a packet, if you make and know what you are putting in it then its more likely to be healthy and balanced. Also go for a run for 30 mins a day to keep your weight in check.
Good luck keeping your hair and nails on your currant diet, sounds like your body has no vitamins or minerals for basic well-being.
and its THE not DA.

2011-09-09 14:48:10 +0000Does it only happen if you eat a certain type of food?
You may have an intolerance to gluten or something else - it doesn't sound like you are eating a large amount.
If I was you I would examine my diet and try to make a link between what you are eating and how you feel soon after.
