Ask:Stuck in my Weight Loss
2012-01-31 14:13:17 +0000So recently I have been inspired to lose weight. For my height I have found that my ideal weight is about 122 pounds, that was a wow for me, because that means that I should lose about 20 pounds! So I started, I was 150 when I began, I lost to 140, and now I am at 146! For the longest time I have been in this weight range. I am eating a very low carb and sugar diet with LOTS of protein and I also workout some. Why wont I lose!!! I really need help. Anything will be greatly appreciated! thanks

So .. Step 1. Eat 5 Meals Everyday
This helps your body eat a little by little. And that helps keep your weight at a stable point.
Step 2. Keep it down to 300 calories every day.
Try to eat things like yogurt, rye, tomato. I heard those help with weight. And if you have 5 meals X 300 calories = 1500 calories
Pretty reasonable right?
The 'not eating anything' diet actually makes you gain all the weight back after the diet. Lol
Step 3: Work out 5 days out of 7
Working out too much actually dosen't help.
25 minutes of exercise is pretty much all you need. Jog 5 minutes. Weigh Lift 10 min. Do Pull-Ups and Push-Ups 5 min. Jog again 5 min!
Your done!! :) You'll be losing like 2kg every week!

2012-01-31 14:16:39 +0000the best diet is a balanced diet. Go online to find out what kind of balanced diet you want. here's a little tip though. Whenever you are eating any kind of sugar. Like a candy bar or soda. Don't drink it with your meal. Your body will want to digest the sugar first, and then it leaves little time for the rest of the food, which normally becomes fat. so drink water with most of your food, and if you have an urge for sugar, drink it in between meals. Never with anything else. Good luck.

The body is very adaptive as it is a response mechanism, so this part will take some paying attention 2 by recording your food intake(I wouldn't worry 2 much about calorie counting), workouts, and even sleep. There r a lot of misinformation out there, none more confusing than nutrition and the CARBOHYDRATE misunderstanding. REAL carbs r fruits and veggies, fruits being simple and veggies being complex. Breads, pastas, cereal and rice r all manufactured at a plant, processed and then packaged and sold. If u r serious about dropping some weight/fat u have 2 restrict processed "carbs" or limit them 2 50-100g a day. I know a little about fat loss at my heaviest I weighed 404lbs and now I'm currently 200lbs getting ready 2 compete in 7months. I hope this helps.
