i'm 1,52 cm, and i weighted around 57 kg, (i know it's a lot). i had lost 4 kg in about 1 month and a half,but haven't been doing much sport or following any diets.
is this normal? i don't feel weak and my appetite is ok, i feel quite energetic actually.

i know you said that you feel quite energetic but you might want to be sure that you dont have a thyroid disease because i know that that can cause you to have sudden weight loss hope i helped
