2008-04-16 16:24:53well where do i begin? if uve probably read my answers to some ppl's questions b4 then u already know about my weight loss, if not then ill tell u that i managed to lose 15 lbs in 6 months by changing what i eat and just getting more active- well now its like a yr since i lost those 15 lbs & i have managed to keep off about 10 lbs while the last 5 have been going ^ & down- now that school's almost out i have to soon renew my membership but will renew it for 3 months & not for a yr because im wayyy to busy with school during the yr & i have found ways to keep myself active so with a 3 month membership how should i make the most out of it ? and 2) while losing the weight that i already lost i lost weight/inches on my lower body (mostly my legs) my upper body is still quite "large" what can i do to take care of that and lose a good 15-25 lbs @the gym during those 3 months- actually a good "jumpstart" would be like 15 lbs while at the gym and another 10 on my own

Never eat while watching TV, seeing a movie, talking on the phone, being on the computer, or while reading. Only eat when you're doing nothing else.
