Dizziness occurs while standing, I'm a healthy eater, drink an adequate amount of water. I had diarrhea a couple days ago but my stomach is still upset and always growling. I eat a lot of food but I've lost 15lbs in the last couple of months. I'm 5ཆ started out @ 135 now down to 120. I don't do much physical activity.

I think your body needs a McDonalds burger. It will help you. Your dizziness is probably starvation... You body needs junk too! But other than that, I think you may have the flu! Oh-No
