You need to change your LIFE. You must develop a new way of thinking which requires lots of will power.
You must change the way you eat, you must cut things out of your diet and eat fresh vegetables, fruits, meats. etc. try to reduce eating dairy products, reduce your carbs... do plenty of exercise!
You can't just take pills and hope for the best you need to take your life into your hands and ask the question "do i want to be thin and beautiful, or do i want to die of heart disease, FAT?"
