some people have reactions to splenda and i read that nutra sweet can make you crave more sugar and stays in your body for a long time and can cause some bad stuff..... look it up on google

try stevia from your health food shop.... it is all natural and no side effects

I have read both. The last article I read said that they are both safe - non cancer causing.
Guess it depends on who you ask.
