Ask:Is this a good weight loss plan
2012-02-03 05:59:23 +0000So I was thinking of running everyday on the treadmill for 30 mins, and ive already changed my diet to a healthier one. And Ive only been drinking water, nothing else. Also, ive been doing some weight lifting, will i lose muscle? or will I get toned? and How long do you think ill see results?

2012-02-03 06:02:44 +0000Yes, as long as you eat less calories than you burn. As to getting toned, you must use weights to tone arms, abs and pecs. Along with swimming, it'll reduce body fat as well.
