I only drink herbal tea, or red tea, and water.

2008-10-12 10:09:59You're on the right track but you are missing protein. Eat egg whites or lox for breakfast. Add fish for lunch and dinner. Add way more green, leafy vegetables to lunch and dinner. Skip the white rice. It raises your blood sugar.

2008-10-12 10:15:42These foods are all healthy. The only thing wrong with your diet is that there is not enough variety. You're on the right track, but need to include a larger variety of foods. You haven't included dairy or fats and your body needs both. It sounds like you aren't getting very much protein either. When you say rice and vegetables you don't indicate what kind of vegetables, but you may not be getting dark green vegetables that you need. However, it sounds much better than a lot of people.
