    Just Me

Ask:Is this an acceptable weight loss plan

Well, I am a small woman, and I would like to drop about 10 lbs or so.
However, because of my height and weight, I do not burn many calories at the gym. Only about 270 an hour, jogging on the treadmill.
I would like to burn off 500 calories during my workouts, so I've increased my workouts to 1 hr 40 minutes.
Technically, I would only lose a pound a week doing this.
    (-500 calories x 7 days= 3,500 calories)
I know most people would discourage this, but since I am only losing a pound a week, is it okay? ( I had my metabolism measured with the oxygen meter and it put me at 1,300 calories a day before excercise....not a lot of room to cut back on food there)

personally speaking you're probably a nice weight for your height but just be sure that your eating healthy and regularly and your exercise and eating healthy should go hand and hand. hope this helps and i would appreciate it if you could answer my question, please and thank you.

Colon cleaning is the latest technique to shed weight. Researchers have noted the point that not all additional weight is thanks to excess fat, a lot of weight basically rests there in the insides, and all you need to do is flush it out. http://mapacers.t28.net has a risk free trial on at the moment, give it a try, you can shed up to twenty pounds!
