    I'm 121lbs or 8.8 stone. Height: 5Ƌ
    Wake up about 7am and go jogging for 30 mins (incl. sit ups before and after)
    Come home and have breakfast of 1 banana and blueberries.
    For lunch have salad with brown bread and a light spread.
    Go jogging again after lunch for 30 mins with sit ups.
    For dinner a healthy hot meal (i.e nothing too fatty or sugary with lots of fruit and veg)
    Any snacks will be fruit or nuts.

    Just like the first person said.. It sounds perfect..
    Though you might want to switch that second jog to after dinner. The reason is because you aren't active in your sleep neither do you eat. You metabolism slows way down in sleep. This is why breakfast is important. To light the fires on your metabolism again. And since your going to run in the morning to. It makes it even better. Theres more to weight loss then just making sure you excercise. Timing has a lot to do with it. Excercising at night will help you sleep better anyway. lol Your active during the day and lunch keeps your metabolism going. So if you are tempted to excercise after lunch then do a moderate workout. Like some sit ups for a few minutes. Make sure you do morning and night run and you will lose tons of weight.     Sounds perfect... just make sure your taking a multi-vitamin, maybe along with some fish oil. Fish oil can really help speed up your metabolism. And make sure you're drinking plenty of water! Every week try to improve on your run... either by distance or running for longer. Good job - good luck!

    if your exursing that much its ok to have little more food, remember this saying, eat like a king at morning and eat like a poper at night. make sure you have whole grains, fruits and veggies, and good fats and youll be fine. drink lots of water.

    If it's working for you tan yes, it is a good weight loss plan. Howver you have to watch you caloric intake and make sure you are getting enough calories so your metabolism doesn't shut down.

    For someone of your height you probably would not want to be much lighter, I would think you might try adding some cereal into your diet in the morning but if you are feeling satisfied with what you have eaten during the day it seems healthy enough.
