Ask:Is this is a good weight loss plan for a teenager

I'm 15 years old, 5Ƌ, 121 pounds or 8.8st and I wear a size 8-10. I know my BMI is well within normal range but BMI isn't a reliable indicator of how normal your weight is when you are still growing. I'm quite chubby and the fat isn't spread evenly (I would like to sort out my legs, thighs, stomach and arms). I will be in a bikini for most of summer so I need a good body in about 2 months. Am prepared to put dedication to losing weight and toning up, I want to lose about 10 pounds.
I have made a weight loss plan for myself so can people tell me if this is okay and suggest exercises to help tone the areas mentioned above?
    Plan:
Breakfast (6.45am)-glass of tropicana smooth orange juice, a banana
    Snack(11am)-an apple
Lunch(12.40pm)-slice of ham, potato salad, iceberg salad(no dressing or croutons), glass of water and an apple.
Snack(5.30pm)-a banana, cup of green tea
Supper(6.30pm)-something hot and healthy(nothing too sugary or fatty), glass of water and an apple.

Not even close. First of all, you don't need to lose weight, second, you will surely end up in the hospital getting nutrition through a tube if you continue this "diet". Please stop what you're doing and speak to your parents before you hurt yourself. If you want to tone up, take up a sport that will work all your muscles like swimming, volleyball, or cheer.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

The thing is, your a healthy weight. But just being a healthy weight doesn't mean your healthy. I wouldn't recommend a "diet" but eating a balanced diet is the way to go.
If your looking to firm up, just try and include lean protein with your normal eating. Also, take up sports or just exercise to the point of being comfortable, but don't over-exert yourself.
The diet you've shown is very healthy, but the only thing I could commend is Breakfast and Snack- with those you can eat normally for the rest of the day.

I use to eat like that, now I have a weight problem. What your doing is starving yourself. You dont think you are, but your body does. Talk to your parents, talk to your doctor, and/or check out weight watchers. Weight watchers program is not just for those who want to lose weight, its a good way to eat healthy and make sure your eating enough of the right foods.
They even have a chart telling how much more to eat when you exercise.

Sounds good, but you really need some proper carbs at breakfast - can i suggest chopping your banana up and having it with 60g of muesli, and some milk on the top? Makes a healthy, sustaining breakfast, and if you find a muesli/healthy cereal you like, it's REALLY nice :)
You can have more than one slice of ham at lunch too, it's actually really low fat, and its not that calorific :)
Have something healthy but sweet at lunch too - muesli bar sorta thing, keeps the sweet tooth happy with little calorific cost! Or a low fat yoghurt? (Rachel's Organic one's are to DIE for :) lol)
But like everyone else says, don't lose too much!
Drink at least 2l of water a day as well - you'll pee loads but its great for toning the tummy :) and do sit ups/crunchies/other stomach exercises to tone the tum :) And dumbels for the arms. Try cycling to tone the legs too - works a treat :)
Have fun! (It's really not that hard :) treat urself to a bit of something sweet about 1ce a week - to keep you sane!
