    Hello everybody. I am 16 years old, 5Ƌ" and I am 134 lbs. In the beginning of summer, I was 140 lbs. I go to the gym almost everyday from 4-630pm. I do the stationary bike for around 50 minutes, tredmill (speed 2.5 incline 5ish) for 30 minutes, elliptical for 15, and then repeat the stationary bike a bit more. After that, I do 10 mins of advanced weight training. I do torso rotation, and hip adbduction machine. I do the crunches machine for a few minutes aswell. For breakfast, I sometimes eat cereal, or just an apple and coffe (Lame, I know). Around 1pm, I have my lunch which consists of vegtables and some type of other meal (chicken, noodles). I then go to the gym. I come home, sometimes eat a salad, or have tea, or fruits/veggies. I drink as much waster as I can. ~3 bottles a day and I do not eat after 7ish. So what I am asking is, is what I am doing good, and what can I do more to lose weight? (i.e, different machines. PS. I do not like running on the tredmill since it makes me very sweaty. Lol) I have a great body but I want to lose more since I am going to Miami in one month. Thank you!
