Ask:Is this an okay amount of food for weight loss
2011-06-18 21:41:57 +0000well..i posted this question already but everyone was saying it was not enough so I added some things..yes yes yes i know there are not vegetabels...we didn't have any in the house so please don't freak out about that lol thankkks =P anyway
cup of fiber one cereal w/ nonfat milk
cup of special k cereal w/ nonfat milk
slice of whole grain bread w/ all natural peanut butter (no added salt)
slive of whole grain bread w/ deli sliced turkey (low sodium)
bowl of fruit (blackberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple,raspberries)
apple w/ a little peanut butter, chocolate chips, whipped cream
low fat ice cream bar (2g of fat...160 calories)
so yes....is this okay ? We don't have a lot of money right now so there aren't a lot of options...hahaha but thank you for all the replies :)

2011-06-18 21:48:46 +0000I think this is an awesome choice. As long as this is only your breakfast, and not what you eat all day long lol! When a person don't have a lot of money like me, we have to make due with what we have! Good choice!
