i lose about 20 pounds in the last 6 weeks by using this acai berry stuff. i didn't really believe that it would work but they were giving out free trials online so i decided to try it and it actually works. it does some kind of chemical change in your body that changes the intake of your calories or something along those lines. if your interested, you can go to http://nuurl.us/8d30b to find out more information and if you want get a free trial. it really helped me out

The key for losing weight is simple - consume less food and exercise more often - the problems surface when we actually try to put that into operation! There are lots of temptations out there aren't there?! I found some splendid advice by checking out the site in the box below, they have lots of guidance, I melted away 7 pounds by following their tips.

A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.
Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $5 shipping.
Here's their site: http://tinyurl.com/acaiberry500

Sounds great to me. If your still hungrey after working out your can still afford about 150 calories. I would add a bowl of low sugar cereal or and apple, but otherwise everything is fine

i think what ur going to do sounds great (might even try it myself) its eating healthy, but still enjoying ur food! and exercise aswell, i say well done for losing weight in a good way, unlike some people i read about on here.
This way of doing it will also ensure longer lasting results as the weight will reduce slowly, and its easy to keep up after x

Hey christine, i realize it can be difficult dropping fat but there is a fantastic website that you should try http://stripthefat.notlong.com
I have been on it for 3 months and it is working out fantastic
I am actually really surprised that it is working so great as i have tried just about everything under the sun before.
Some of the main things it taught me werehow to get into the right frame of mind for losing weight. Also how to trick my body into feeling full without any harmful pills or anything like that.
It also provides a great list of foods to avoid and it's not the obvious ones, and also 10 foods that are the best for losing weight. Iwould say if you just folowed these 2 lists on their own without all the other info you would be well on your way to losing massive amounts of weight.
Good Luck christine.

I think the 1st 2 questions are BS... Anyway you diet plan looks good, you're getting just about enough calories. But it also depends on how much you used to consume and how much less you're consuming and how much you're losing working out. Just remember 3500 calories is equal to 1 pound. So if you're consuming that much less a week + losing them through your workouts you can lose 1 pound a week. If you want to lose 25 pounds thats 25 weeks. But if you cut your calories by 3500 a week and yyou're burning like 1500 a week in your workouts thats a pound and a half a week and it will take you about 19 weeks.. You can get the idea now :) Good luck!

Yes, that sounds good. I think you can even add one more snack if you need it. Another thing you can do is mix up your cardio sometimes. Instead of doing the elliptical everyday, go outside for a fast walk for 30 min. If you have any hand weights, it would be great to incorporate some weight bearing exercises into your routine. Having extra muscle helps your body burn more calories. Good luck and keep up the good work!

If you could keep that up it would certainly loose you weight. But the question is, can you keep it up for the 70ish dayishs it would take for you to lose that weight? If you can, that's great, but think about maybe taking every 3rd day off from your diet and breaking even in calories that day.
Also, crunches give you a pretty belly, but they don't burn that many calories. Keep in mind when losing weight you want to focus on calories most.
Oh, and to get the 70ish days. I'd guess a 5Ƈ woman would burn about 2350 calories doing what you're doing (maybe more, depending on your day today life). There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and your diet and exercise would keep your metabolism up. So I did 25(pounds) / ((2340ish - 1150ish)3500).
Okay sounds great, but keep it up!

I used to be fat, now I'm not. Also, bio classes.
