Ask:Is this weight loss healthy
2008-12-14 08:13:29I am 5 foot 2 inches and 121 lbs. On December 2nd, I was 127. I lost 3 lbs for that week, and the second week I lost 2.5. I eat healthy, (peanut butter, tons of salads, salmon patties, popcorn, tomatoes, pretzels with mustard, whole wheat spaghetti, acai berry sorbet)
And my rule is: only one fast food meal per week, if I do get one. (I try not too though, but my fiance loves the fast food.)
I do not work out, I don't have any exercise equipment. I also drink black coffee with no sugar/cream, water, and carbonated naturally flavored water.
So can any dieticians/exercise therapists/doctors on here tell me if I'm doing an alright job here, and what my weight loss will look like in the future?

2008-12-14 08:20:46That's very good! But as time goes by, your body will get used to you eating healthy foods and you will stop losing weight. I just read that in an article. In order to continue losing weight, you have to eat healthy and exercise regularly. You need to be active. Good job though!
