2012-02-13 15:04:06 +0000I weigh 186 pounds and am trying to lose weight. I plan to eat 1,300 calories a day and exercise hard (muscle and cardio wise) 5 times a week. Do you think I can lose noticeable weight (not a lot I know) in a month with this plan and info I just gave you???
Monday & Thursday - 75 pushups - 100 crunches - 75 dips - 30 min of cardio
Tuesday & Friday - 300 Jumping Jacks - 100 Squats - 50 Lunges - 125 Left & Right crunches
Wednesday - SPEED walk for 1 hour

2012-02-13 15:07:34 +0000Yeah, as long as your burning more calories than u eat. When you lift wieghts you shouldnt (squats) don't use too heavy weights cuz thats going to give you muscle (not in this case cus your eating a low amount of calories) But the asnwer is: yes, you should see results! :)

2012-02-13 15:11:18 +0000The 1,300 calories a day is good but you should jog EVERYDAY because pushups and crunches and all that builds muscles but jogging is the best thing to do the sweat that weight off.
