2007-01-30 17:37:45How much do you think I could lose in 2 weeks? Please no lectures on how dangerous it is its my body. I want to go from 140(ugh!! my current weight) to 115. All day at school I eat nothing but some gum. I want to be thin by June 29 MY B-DAY!! so i can go to florida and flaunt in a bikini YAY!! Any tips on what NOT to eat?

anyways, good for you on deciding to lose weight. i don't think that you should eat only gum because it slows down your metabolism. meaning that your body holds on to the fat you have in case you don't eat again. i recommend a big breakfast, an average lunch, and a small dinner along with 8 glasses of water every day. excercise is good too but don't overdo it because muscle weighs more than fat. when you drink alot of water you lose alot more weight faster. snacks are good too when you're hungry but don't touch soda or junk food :-)

When you don't eat your body will keep what it gets later...lets say you don't eat all day and then eat dinner...most of the dinner you will keep because it needs all those nurtrients..It is better to munch on health stuff all day to keep you full and drink lots of water...
I am on a diet of about 1000 calories a day...Bagel for b/f...soup for lunch...health choice tv dinner for dinner...snacks are fruit yogurt cereal bars...and special k cereal...So far i have lost 6 lbs in about three weeks. But drink lots of water becaue water will make you feel full which will help you not eat...
And get a exercise plan...do thrity min of cardio a day and tonign every other day.

2007-01-30 17:47:20Cut out the pop. Cut out the candy. Cut out un-needed sweets. Dont cut out your meals. Eat a good breakfast, lunch and dinner. As long as you cut out the sweet stuff and exercise you will loose weight.
By cutting out your lunch like you said you are doing, you are just gonna make yourself more hungry during the day-in between breakfast and supper which will give you a bigger urge to "cheat". To grab a candy bar and a pop for energy. You dont want to do that. Eat something for lunch.
If you have access to a doctor get with them, maybe ask a health teacher at your school or a gym coach at school. They can give you better advice.
