2008-03-14 14:40:22I weight a lot. I'm embarrassed to say how much, but I'm deffinetly over weight. I want to be able to wear swim suits and shorts this summer, with out worrying about stretch marks and my fat.
I'd like to loose as much weight as possible, and fast.
I was also wondering, do stretch marks go away? :(

2008-03-14 15:03:49Get up earlier and start with walking 30 minutes a EVERYDAY, a brisk walk early in the morning. Changing your weight is a daily decision, you have to really want to get to your goal weight. Also set a monthly goal for yourself. Like 5lbs a month. You want to be realistic if you loose more than your realistic goal you would be extra happy!!

Eat 6 times a day, Every 3 hours on the ball!!! Start with 1 hour after you wake up at least then have a portion sized breakfast like a boiled egg and 1 slice of toast with some tea little or no sugar....At first when you eat according to portion size its very hard because you still feel hungry especially if you are previously used to to larger portions. When this happens remind yourself that the next meal/snack is 3 hours away. A correct snack is like 2 Arrowroot cookies and half cup of plain or fruit yogurt. Remember you want less sugar in your diet also. Drink water don't forget! I don't think people realize just how much sugar are in food today.
Stay away from alcohol and ask yourself why you want to do this. Be gentle with yourself, you will make mistakes, do not give up when you make one mistake or 2 even, you are human. Just exhale really long and rid yourself of any negative thinking about your daily decision to loose the excess weight.
Stretch marks fade with time I have some and there are no products that actually get rid of it, no matter what they say. I got some on my butt belly and breast and they have all faded nicely I don't worry about them.
So love yourself and everyday remind yourself of why you want to be healthier.

2008-03-14 14:49:02Losing weight's not an easy thing to do. If you lose too much, you'll have trouble and it's not good. I though you must do many exercises everyday, eat more vegetable, avoid eating too much oil, meat drink a lot juice and wait because Fast is not really well.

2008-03-14 14:47:06There are creams out that may help eliminate or at least diminish scars and stretch marks. Try Mederma or google it, I'm sure there's others.
