2. When you start eating your meals chew eat properly,then do not look the food in the table so you will not be temptate. The reason you chew your food properly in order to digest on your stomach and order to get full
3. Avoid eating oily and fatty foods, and slow down of eating sweeets,candies,cakes and chocolates
4.When you do exercise. warm up first such us stretching your legs and your arms, or skip. Then you go start jogging or walking. When you go this kind of exercise do it in a minimal way like first day of doing exercise do it in 30 minutes after that do it in gradual way. Drink water regularly
Do not do over exercise in your first day the tendency is that you can get body cramps, because forces your body in the first time.
5.Do not skip meals such as breakfast. Skipping of meals it does'nt mean you loss weight your cheating yourself and that is called poor diet. Skipping meals can make you bigger it goes like this because you skip meals you will more eat in the next meals
