    Yes I do 10 days each month.I take vitamins with juice and coffee for energy.

    Not eating isn't healthy. All you are doing is taking away nutrients your body needs. Why don't you try eating healthy all the time and working out?

    dont do fad diets dear...the results are NOT permanent

    why toil so hard to lose initially and then gain back later all of it??not smart at all!
