and have they worked,is there any side effects from taking them.i am thinking of taking them to help shift my baby weight that i am finding hard to move,any ideas.

havent tryed this but heard its good go shud exercise more to lose weight maybe swimming or taking ur baby for long walks in the park

Hit the road(jogging) is found to be the best for weight loss.
