I am thinking of starting on the Sensa weight loss program, based on their reviews on TV but am not sure what to expect.

I am in month 3 on Sensa and I have lost 22 lbs so far (need to lose 35). It has been excellent, unlike other diets that I tried, I have suffered no side effects. I can definitely recommend it and give it at least 4 months. Most women only start losing weight after 4 weeks on any diet
