    milk helps for bone growth, which is am important part of health. I drink 2%, but if you're using it for energy while u work out, try whole milk.

    yea it is true because calcium helps you burn more fat. But dont go and drink like ten glasses a day. One or two is fine. 1% milk is best or skim.

    It's a healthy alternative to other drinks and fattier milks but you need a balanced diet and if you're intolerant to dairy then milk will make you gain weight faster. Good luck bro.

    No, it does not help you lose weight. Milk is actually very fattening, if you want to loose weight eat 500 less calories everyday for 1 week and you will loose 1 pound
