    My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
    On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
    The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
    Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
    Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
    Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

    drinking enough water regualry is a great help, but you may want to include fiber diet in your weight loss program

    try fiber for potty chances are you already trained your body not to go potty during work time. Cheerios with milk are a good source of fiber.

    Learn to time it-the colder the water, the faster it goes through you-15 to 20 minutes average. I can drink almost a litre of warm water & be good without a restroom for about 40 minutes-nice to know for timing with the workouts that should accompany any weight loss regime.Also read "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" to learn why it is so helpful not just for losing weight, but nicer skin & hair, many healthful benefits.

    stop drinking so much watr,you can become water logged and that can kill you.Drink 24oz of milk every 24hrthat will help you to lose weight.

    Don't just drink a lot of water.
    Eat meals that consist of fruits and veggies that keep you feeling fuller longer, carrots and pears will actually expand in your stomach.

    If you can't go then don't drink a lot of water. It's really over-rated anyway. I lost 30 pounds and drank about 3 large glasses of water a day, so it can be done without 24 oz/day

    water only helps by making you feel full at no calories, cut the carbs, eat green and yellow veggies, tomatoes, raw fruits, lean meats broiled or baked, low fat dairy, and some eggs. figure out what makes you feel most full. an apple often does the trick eat one on your break or a boiled egg, or some raw carrots. and drink a little water, but dont gorge on it. then at lunch have a salad with some grilled chicken on it. then in the afternoon, maybe a tangerine at break. then for dinner a good portion of veggies, and some good lean meat, then after a while have some sugar free jello blended with some artificially sweetened,low fat yogurt, and a bit of complimentry fruit tossed in. you can also use the spray on whipped cream if its low in fat, it usually has no carbs for a couple of table spoons full of it. for breakfast you could eat an egg and maybe a little lean broiled ham, and some light cranberry juice or something like that. you wont starve, and you wont float.
