Ask:Uncomfortable feeling Caused by weight loss pills
2008-04-16 22:27:53On sunday i started take these weight-loss pills called xetreme lean. 2 in the morning and 2 round mid-day( thats the dosage). The capsles are approx. like the size of an average pinky toe. But since yesterday i've notices that i have an uncomfortable feeling in the area above my belly button and below my boobs,that at times feels like a sharp pain( but only for a slipt second). Is this normal? also when i swallow then it feel like there stuck in my throat ( i took em today at like 1pm and its not 1:16am, and i've eaten dinner and drank alot of fluids, and its almost as if i can still feel them). Is this mean that there working?
Whats your opinion, Should i dis continue taking them? Or no?

2008-04-16 23:22:33I've been taking some pills that are similar and i've lost approx. 20 pounds, all without exercising. just watching what i eat and counting calories and drinking lots of water and gatorade type drinks, no soda This also gave me lots of extra energy. I do think you should probably see a dr just to make sure there isn't something you are allergic to inside those pills. exercising is great but not everyone has the time or may have physical handicaps or injuries so don't believe others when they say exercise is the only way, because it ain't so! Good luck and stick to your guns!

2008-04-16 22:47:33Don't take the pills. Working out is the best way to lose fat. If you don't want to build muscle, just jog for long periods of time. Running for anything less than 20 minutes is not helping.
You need to strain your red muscle fibers which will allow you to lose weight and not gain much muscle. Plus gaining muscle isn't bad, on women muscles are sexy except when giant like a body builder's.
Anyway, jogging works your legs which contain the largest muscles and will burn the most fat. The more you work out, the faster your metabolism will become and the faster your metabolism becomes, the more it accelerates in how fast it is. Well work hard on this and you can achieve.
