I have lost quite a bit of weight recently well eating really high calorie foods. I have been far exceeding my daily limit for a male. My weight has always be rather set since the age of 17 (im 19 now_) on wards it has always hovered around 13/4 to 13 When i would diet intensely id get it to 12 10 ish then give up and rebound the weight. I have been just binge eating and expected i would of put on a load of weight like i normal do but it turns out im now 12-4 I even brought new scales just make sure because it didn't seem plausible
