Few tips to bring about weight loss as well as ensuring good health.
    1. Aerobics:
You need to work on building your heart-lung (cardiovascular) endurance. Take up any activity form cycling, to running or jogging to skiing to swimming to even brisk walking to get that gut into its original size. This kind of activity will draw upon the fat stores in the body for generating fuel to last that long. The presence of oxygen (controlled breathing during this workout, instead of huffing and puffing) will mobilize the fat to get utilized instead of stored. This will take care of the fat that lies above the muscles in the abdominal area. No amount of crunches by themselves will do this. Thankfully, any aerobic activity that elevates your heart rate can help you burn fat and take off unwanted pounds. Many experts recommend doing at least three sessions of 20 minutes of aerobic activity per week. Ideally, for long-term weight control, you should engage in at least four sessions per week, for 45 minutes each time.
    2. Weight Training:
The key here is to adopt an OVERALL weight training program so that the lean mass percentage in the entire body increases. Balance your ab crunches and leg lifts with an equal amount of effort for the lower back to ensure it is not weak. Work out the rest of the body for the best results. And of course, concentrate on technique and quality of your ab crunches and pelvic lifts, rather than higher repetitions. And remember, exercises such as these, only improve the tone and endurance of the muscles, they don???t burn fat. Where weight training is concerned, make absolutely sure that the weights are not heavy and you use the right technique while lifting, keeping back straight and tummy tucked in, not slackened.
    3. Healthy diet spread through the day, not night. Eating the right food out of habit rather than as a fad, can work wonders for an extra middle. Keep the calories light and spread out through the day rather than bunching them all at night and then sleeping on it, when the body???s metabolic rate is the slowest.
    4. Holding tummy upright
Sitting up tall and straight all day with your tummy tucked in tight can assist in firming up the muscles in the midsection, which in turn appears more slender and trim.
    1. Increase the consumption of complex carbohydrates like whole wheat, millet (jowar) and barley (bajra).
    2. Restrict refined products such as flour (maida) and its products such as bread, noodles, macaronis and pastas in regular diet.
    3. Restrict fat and cholesterol rich foods. Only non-vegetarian foods (like eggs and dairy products) are good sources of cholesterol, however saturated fatty acids present in butter, ghee, vanaspati and coconut get metabolised to cholesterol in our body.
    4. Reduce the amount of sugars consumed.
    5. Consume raw fruits and vegetables in form of salads and raitas in every meal. These provide adequate vitamins, minerals and fiber. Fiber is essential as it aids in digestion, has an effective role in managing obesity and cardiovascular problems.
    6. Limit salt intake.
    7. Have small portions of food at a time.

    8. Do not skip meals.
    9. Have regular meal timings.
    10. Do not eat while cooking and watching television.
    11. Drink plenty of water (6-8 glasses) in a day.
    12. Exercise regularly. Do brisk walking at least for 20-40 minutes in a day.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.
Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It's an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It's really great to stop food cravings.
Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.

I'm sorry, I'm no medical professional, but I know the true secret to lose weight and keep it off. It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution. You want to know the secret? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits? Suspense gotcha yet?
    You really want to know?
    Promise you won't get mad.
    Did you promise?
OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to....
    1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation. If you must eat meat, eat organic. Or buy from kosher markets. Drink bottled spring water. Fiji water is the best. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and you family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind?
Think about it. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers. They worked for what they had. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed. yet, they survived. They were their average weight. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today. Don't believe me? Google it. Which brings me to number 2...
    2) Exercise as much as you can. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat.
If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"
    Be well

    Dear Amit
Firstly congrats on your wedding. I am a doctor and can tell you for sure that losing 15kg in amonth will leave you with efffects that you will want to avoid esp if you are getting married. Such rapid weight loss is mainly due to the loss of water in the body and will not last. You will feel signifivantly lethargic and land up with vitamin and mineral deficiency if you simply follow a diet. The skins sags- again due to rapid water loss and you will look older not fresher. Hair loss etc is also common in males following drastic weight losses.Dont be surprised if you have sexual difficulties too after such a loss.
You are looking for an easy way out. Now adays gyms / helath clubs do offer a weight loss programme based on a cardivascular workout and with a dietician input minimise the helath risk. If you marraige is in 3 -6 monhs aim for max 5 kgs per 4-6 weks. Why do you wnat to lose 15 kg? You want to be 55 kg in a month? thats ridiculous. Do you even know whats ur ideal wieght for height? Calculate your BMI and see if yo are overweight.
Toned body looks and feels better than simple weight loss. Without exercise achieving this is virtually impossible. What is your life style? sedentry? mod active? You need to calculate your intake in calories, If u r sedentry then aim for your intake being less than 500kcal of your output. This deficit will over time lead to loss in weight.Vegetarian or not, Indian diet is one of the most unhealthy in the world. We use oil in everything, we hardly have anything thats not cooked or overcooked and there is a very poor intake of fresh leafy vegs and fruits.Added to this is our strong genetic vulnerability for ischemic heart disease.
Some things you can do tight away is - stop all sugar in your food- none in ttea coffe, nothing sweet in any form.
Stop all fats- oil in food, anything fried, no butter or ghee. Foodstuffs natural contain all the fats we need which is about 8-10 mg a day.
Have a plate ful of salad with both meals in the day - yes about 2 cucumbers, 1 carrot, tomatoes etc.
Snack with fruits only. Avoid 2 fruits- mango, pineapple and grapes which are high in sugar. rest are more or less fine.
Have no cooked breakfast. It contains 1/4th of our daily calories Eg: our humble upma contains about 450-500kcal. For a sedentry male aiming to eat 2500kcal, tahts a lot. Do u know men in india eat about 3500kcal. thts why all are fat and all have a paunch!!
A rough diet for a man of 29 with sedentry lifestyle who eats a diet with 1800-2000kcals with atleast mod exercise everyday, you will lose weight fast.
This is not easy and most people will not be able to stick with it. Its amatter o how badly you want to lose.
    good luck
