It's hard to find something truly "natural" these days in the world of weight loss pills. If you want to go natural, then maybe you want to consider something like hoodia - which is some sort of cactus extract, I believe. they are so dangerous and like the first poster said, they stop working when you stop using them. It is the lazy way out and if I would never put something like that in my body.

How about exercise rather than pills. A good workout will do lots more than a pill.

To be honest with you mate, you're better off dieting and exercising, you may think yeh yeh blah blah, but I can guarentee you after about 6 months of diet AND exercise you will feel and look great.

Most pills only work when you are on them,. the moment you stop using them, you put the weight back on and ususally more!
