My dad tried one these today & said while on the machine he felt a bit strange but when he got off after 2 minutes he said he's never felt better! Do they have any benefits ie weight loss, health benefits or is this a new fad????

Actually the vibrations can help a little bit. They can break up some lose fat cells stuck to the inside of you. I don't know if they actually get rid of it though other than maybe disperse it.
