I take them coz im a vegetarian etc, and I'm also trying to lose weight. Do they contain calories or any acids that could make you not lose any?

I know it can be very hard to lose weight. Although diet and exercise is very important, for some of us (me included!) because of our body chemistry it isn???t always enough. A couple of years ago my Doctor put me on a new diet pill. It is thankfully over the counter and I???ve been very successful with it.
