That goes for your metabolism, concentration, imune system, etc. Drinking plenty of water will help you keep as close to 100% as possible, but drinking too much water will not do anything for you. Fact is...most of us are too busy to drink more than enough water, so it is very hard to drink too much water.

2008-02-26 18:57:14well all of those are very true but also when ur drinking the regular reccomended amount of water a day (8 glasses usually) than u usually feel more full. bcuz many times thirst is mistaken as hunger, we often tend to eat food when we actually need water. So when u fill up with the liquids instead of all the salts, fats, sugars, etc bad stuff., u will still feel full but without all the crap in your body! but yes follow the answers above as well! :)
