    Ask:Water weight loss

I am trying to lose 5 lbs. Most is probably just water weight. I'm 125 lbs and 5Ƌ" feet tall. I currently do 45 minutes of cardio/walking/running with some strength training 4 days a week. Was wondering if I should take a water weight loss pill, call Diurex. Has anyone heard of it?
My eating habits are pretty healthy.
How long do you think it will take to lose this weight? Please advice.

Best not to take medication, at the best it will only give you very short term weight loss and possible a whole bag full of problems. Cut down on portion sizes and continue with your exercise regime. 5lb should go within 3 weeks!
Its best to leave any drug out of the equation including caffine, this can actually slow down weight loss according to the latest studies.

water is most important part in our life. Every day we lose about 1.7litres of water, yet we lose it as we speak. Not enough water cause the body retain it if you don't drink enough. It cause eye puffiness and legs swallow. Because body is trying to store it. Drink between 1,5-2 litres per day and you will see the difference. Diurex is medication that cause the kidneys to flush out water and sodium from our body through urine. Not recommended for people with liver and kidneys problems. I would not recommend t at all. Losing weight doesn't mean lose water at first place. Give your body enough water and see changes

For water retention eat celery and bananas. These are natural diuretics. Also get some high strength vitamin C. Taking high doses of vit C has a diuretic affect and it is ok because your body cannot store it, so it does not bguild up in your system!
