just wondered if the weight loss justified the purchase for a car?

The weight difference is negated by the price of the carbon fiber, unless you have more money than sense. Is saving a mere couple of # worth the extra price?

no it don't,i got one on my truck thinking it would help it a lot, but it didn't,i wish i hadn't sold my other one,it didn't help it none,one good advantage though,if it gets caught in a hail storm now it wont dent,,but it wasn't worth what i paid for it,good luck,i hope this help,s.
