2012-02-13 17:43:06 +0000I have been trying to lose weight for the past 5 months and I have lost a bit of weight but I'm just not seeing any significant results....and I'm exercising every day and eating really healthy.
And I know the only way you lose weight is if you burn more calories than you consume and I have been counting my calories as well to make sure I am burning more than I am eating...(well, I only started counting my calories 2 months ago... and I'm only doing a 100-200 calorie deficit...so maybe that's why I'm not losing weight quickly?)

3 to 4 high protien shacks a day (high protien meaning 20 to 30 per drink) also (get the ones that have 1 gram of sugar or less)
I use the Premier Nutrition Protien Chocolate shack 30g of protien per serving (11oz) 160 calories.
Plus 64 oz of water a day.
Plus 2 multi vitamins a day - Use flinstones - they are cheaper and work just as good for adults.
Do this plus exercise and you will lose a ton of weight.
Once you have reached yoru ideal weight, switch to a regular diet of 3 regular meals with 3 healthy snacks in between throughout the day.
Also, dont drink anything 30 min before or after your eat. Very important. You can have a little water but keep it small.

2012-02-13 17:54:26 +0000try doing a low carb high protein diet. also try resting 1 day out of the week, recovery is the most important part of your exercise routine. last but not least try measuring your body fat percentage also. the scale doesnt give you the whole picture as to what is going on with your body. ex. you may be losing fat but gaining weight in muscle. dont be discouraged because you arent losing any weight. your weight fluctuates like crazy.

2012-02-13 17:56:30 +0000Try dancing when you cook or be agressive when you clean your house, try to be a active all day, do imaginary hoola hoops while you wait for something in the microwave, dance in the shower, if you put a large mirror in your shower and a waterproof radio/mp3 player you'll be more likely to dance or excercise, don't take baths, take showers, go for morning jogs or evening jogs (don't count it as your excercise for the day), try dance classes or horse back riding, don't sit in the same place for too long, make sure you stretch or walk around every hour in the office.

If you need to reduce more or less weight than this, then you can make the necessary adjustments. Just make sure that you consult a health care provider or fitness expert before you go through any of this.
