i've heard you can, but i have also heard that you cannot. I would just like to get the facts :)

2008-05-23 21:00:39In order to lose 1 lb, you must burn 3500 calories more than you take in. Conversely, in order to gain a lb, you must take in 3500 more calories than you burn. As long as you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. It doesn't matter where those calories come from...but of course, a balanced diet is the best way.

2008-05-23 21:03:00It all depends on what "moderation" means to you. You could probably get away with eating whatever you would like as long as you go by the "fist sized" portion meals. and eating six meals a day. Checkout bodyforlife.com, it should give you some insight
