I am a cheerleader, and i work out alot already. What are some tips/encouragment that helped you "lose the last ten"

2008-07-01 16:55:52what i did was drink alot fo water like 4 liters day! and i would work out everday for at least an hour and eat 900-1000 calories a day, you can lose ur last ten but warning
