    i'm sixteen, 5"2, 123lbs, female
    I would like to lose ten pounds by August 26th.
    I am a cheerleader, and i work out alot already. What are some tips/encouragment that helped you "lose the last ten"

    what i did was drink alot fo water like 4 liters day! and i would work out everday for at least an hour and eat 900-1000 calories a day, you can lose ur last ten but warning
