2012-02-02 02:23:43 +0000I suggest 25 minutes of cardio every other day. I also recommend eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. There are a ton of benefits such as distribution of protein, feeling full throughout the day and a better control over calories. I go into more depth here

2012-02-02 02:24:52 +0000Er,coming from someone your age,and is as thin 83.4 pounds,trust me,being skinny isn't the most marvelous thing ever. I eat,and eat,and EAT,but I have a fast metabolism..so..things that might help is..:
Walk to school,run when you see your friends(Be careful)
Eat veggies,jump,try to gain adrenaline during gym,do lots of sit ups,curl ups,stretch (Hamstring) Etc.
Drink lots of milk (helps bones) drink lots of water,play games which require lots of movement. Rest when you are tired,don't get lazy,try to do things you think you can do. BTw,you can't lose pounds fast,depends on metabolism.
