2007-11-03 14:14:51I'm a student, and I'm in need of some weight loss!! I would like to lose about 100lbs. Anyways I know that to lose weight you need to eat 5-6 meals a day but it's kind of hard when I'm in class. What are some ideas of meals or snacks I can make at home and bring to school? something quick to eat. I'd like to follow the south beach diet, or atleast eat low-carb meals. Thanks

2007-11-03 14:24:47ALWAYS eat breakfast! Studies show that girls who eat breakfast weigh less than those who don't. This is becuz eating breakfast prevents you from eating excessive calories throughout the day. Eat a breakfast that contains a good amount of fiber to fill you up and doesn't have too much sugar in it --- like special K or a healthy granola bar
during the day you can eat healthy fruit or veggie snacks like and apple or carrots. don't fill up on chips, cookies, or candy
by the way itz better to have a heavy lunch and a light dinner becuz you dont hav much time to burn a lot of calories before going to sleep... so you should try that
