    I weigh about 265LBs right now.
    Im a 16 year old 5ཆ" football player. (DT) Considering my size im am pretty fast and have decent stamina/endurence. i admit im fat but im not like some people. When someone guesses my weight they say in between 210 -230 most of the time.
    I have a pretty bad injury. Torn Bicept+ ligaments. The pain i can handle but i need some help loseing alot of weight by summer.
    Anyway what i need is some work out ideas and a diet. I can devote at least 5 days a week monday-friday until i get better from my injury.
    Saturday/Sunday i cant do anything... Im not allowed and if my parent find out im working out theyll bug.
    I have a weight room at school + running , jump rope and anything i can do myself.
    I can workout 1-2 hours aday. Also what can i eat thats not gona gain me any weight and fill me up... I like to eat not gona lie but maybe if i fid some good stuff to eat i dont have to sacerfice as much.
    Last thing :
    A few football players were taking pills this year during the season. I heard they started in augest. By november they were down 20 lbs a piece. Any idea what they are?
